Reasonable pricing for the area. Hot showers and additional blankets were appreciated during a chilly January stay.

Water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, swinging between extremes. A musty smell lingered in the room, reminiscent of wetness and cigarettes. Cleanliness in the shower room needs attention, with small mold spots and less-than-sparkling glasses. Internet speed crawls along, and city tax payments in cash is an inconvenience. The room's ambiance suffers from poor lighting, and soundproofing fails to provide a restful environment. Noise from the street and adjoining rooms is a constant distraction.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay especially in winter time. The units were newly renovated and reasonably large in good condition. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect and nice and right by subway and other trains at Station Termini, the attractions and how to get there, and public transport. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Esquilino district.

Their tips on local attractions were spot-on and really helped us maximize our time. The room was clean and cozy with comfy beds, perfect for restful nights after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping was diligent, cleaning our room daily without fail. I appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi and the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The noise from the street could be disruptive during late hours. The heating in the room was inadequate at times. I felt that more attention could be given to the bathroom cleanliness, particularly regarding the shower and changing towels more frequently. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel in the future.

The location near Roma Termini was convenient for getting around with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room had comfortable bedding and was always cleaned daily. I found the bathroom ventilation lacking, leading to moisture buildup and a slight musty smell.

Charter was great for my late arrival, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station. The staff was friendly and even offered to store my luggage after checkout. My room wasnice and neat, equipped with everything I needed for a solo traveler.

The hotel had a good-sized room with a balcony, and it was incredibly beautiful, close to the Coliseum, and fairly clean.

The twin room we stayed in was modern and had a great view of the city, we didn't have any complaints about anything, we'd definitely recommend staying here to others.
